Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidance
To help us to look after your hearing, whilst keeping our staff and customers safe, we ask that you do not attend your appointment with us if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
If you are experiencing symptoms, please contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will reschedule your clinic or home visit appointment for when you are symptom free.
If you are at increased risk from COVID-19, or would like your clinician to wear a mask during your appointment for any reason, please let us know.
