I can't thank Lesley enough at Your Hearing Consultants. I've had issues with my left ear for years, and it got to the point my ear was completely blocked. I called at 12:30PM and Lesley said she could look the same day. Less than 1 hour later, I now have a fully unblocked ear, the difference is remarkable. Lesley was professional, genuinely caring and explained every step making it a quick and comfortable experience. I will certainly be back for check-ups in the future.

I brought my 7 year old to have his ears suctioned out after many visits to the hospital to have the same thing done and he refused each time. This left him no option but to get put to sleep twice so far to have this done due to not being able to hear at all, getting behind at school as he can’t hear and refusing the suction.We visited Lesley here and she was so lovely and reassuring. I didn’t have high expectations as my son usually refuses any kind of treatment however, she was amazing with him and patient and he actually let her do the suction! He’s now so excited he can hear his own claps and footsteps when he walks, he’s so proud of himself as are we but it’s all thanks to ‘your hearing consultants’ for such great service! We cannot thankyou enough!

Very friendly staff who explain everything they propose to do or any services you enquire about which shows their in depth knowledge and expertise in the area!10/10 would recommend these guys if you have any issues or concerns regarding your hearing as they provide so many different services.Paid for an initial ear wax removal as I was having issues with one ear in particular being blocked, to then have a follow up appointment 2 weeks later. When I arrived for the second appointment, they cleaned both ears out again and also conducted a hearing test without any extra charge!Seamless process and I would definitely consider going again if I need any further treatment!

I have been extremely impressed with the service offered on my 2 visits to YOUR HEARING consultants, i was able to hear extremely well after the first visit after having wax easily removed. The 2nd visit was quick and just completed the procedure, i also received a free hearing test included in the cost. Lily and Rebecca were both very professional and helpful, explaining the process as we went along and answering all my questions. Rory the receptionist was very pleasant, efficient and helpful both on the telephone and in person. I feel that I have been looked after well and it is wonderful to be able to hear everything once again. I would definitely recommend this process for ear wax removal, it is comfortable and reliable.

Having had the irrigation procedure in the past I was new to the vacuum technique. It was so much more effective and felt safer to me. Even managed to remove wax from the ear that I hadn't been softening with olive oil.I honestly can't remember that last time my hearing was this good.Thank you.

After having several bad experiences with NHS audiologists I decided to give Your Hearing Consultants a try. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Husband had terrible wax blocked ear. For £65 his ear was cleaned and he had a follow up hearing test. This resulted in showing that he had lost more hearing in his , Menieres affected, ear. He was wearing a very old NHS aid . Danielle gave him info on a new one but didn't push it.We went back a couple of weeks later when he had decided to get one.We are now waiting for it to arrive.We were very pleased with the one to one attention and friendliness of the staff.Will recommend.

When my NHS hearing aids broke and there was a long wait for an appointment to have them mended, I decided to investigate private providers. A friend recommended that I contact Aileen and I'm so pleased I took their advice. I got an appointment with Aileen almost immediately and she explained in detail the options available and the cost. She tested my hearing with hi-tech equipment and I'm delighted with the aids I went for, which connect to my phone for listening to calls and music - so convenient when out and about. Her prices were competitive with other providers and the customer service is outstanding. Although the initial outlay may seem expensive, follow up appointments are included, even ear wax removal, so in fact the cost is very reasonable. She even fitted me in straight away when I got in touch with her today (New Year's Eve) to say one of my aids wasn't working. She worked her magic as usual and fixed it on the spot. Previously she has lent me hearing aids when mine needed a service so I'm never without them. I"m so pleased I took my friend's advice and would definitely recommend Aileen Abbott Hearing Care in Tickhill.

Wow, an excellent service. I went due to a feeling something was in my ear which had troubled me for a couple of weeks. No home remedy had eased the issue. Di was happy to assist. Due to no one else being seen at the time I was immediately taken into a consulting room where she looked in both ears and reassured me. Her advice was to see my GP due to other symptoms. Di was friendly and professional throughout. A definite go to service for any hearing issues.

I had been struggling with both my ears being blocked for months, went here and the service they have provided has been outstanding. Really friendly reception staff on entering and on the phones. I had one ear unblocked on my first visit and the second one on my next visit, as it was a particularly nasty blockage. I was shown photos and videos of the before and after and then had a hearing test for both ears. I am being contacted again in six months to check everything’s still ok. I went in to Your Hearing Consultants in Cottingham this morning 24/09/2024 to see if they could help me with one of my hearing aids as the tube came out whilst cleaning it, and I couldn't get into Castle Hill until the 2nd October, I couldn't go another week without being able to hear out my left ear, they were very friendly and helpful.One of the Consultants did my hearing aid and got it back working.I would definitely recommend this place if any one is stuck in the future.

There’s not many places these day that provide service of this level, its genuinely been outstanding. I’ve had issues in my right ear for some time now, and I’ve had to have numerous appointments because of the severity of the build up. Everything has been explained clearly on each visit, the guy delivering the treatment has been patient and consistent to help me get it sorted when it could have easily been disregarded after the 1st and 2nd visit with no success. After my third visit today we finally got the build up out and then a further care treatment was offered for the 4th time just to check everything is ok. I’d highly recommend this place , exceptional customer service and care. I was not even asked to write a review, I just explained I wanted to because of how impressed I’ve been.

I went deaf in one ear so I booked in with Sab for a hearing assessment and wax removal. Absolutely brilliant service. Ended up having three appointments as part of my original booking. One to ease up the blockage, a second 5 days later to remove all of the blockage, and a third a few days later for a full hearing assessment as my hearing is starting to decline. From the outset, was dealt with a friendly, courteous and professional manner by Emma, who undertook a full inspection of both ears, before using a micro suction technique on my right ear, following this, had a hearing assessment, after which, Emma gave a detailed explanation of the results and formulated a care plan. I can’t recommend Your Hearing Consultants at Pocklington enough. Lucy and Emma are fantastic.After a screening I had a pair of hearing aids on demo for a couple of weeks. These clearly made a difference and I was excited to order a set of my own. I looked at a couple of different sets with Lucy and against her advice ordered a set of modern ‘in ear’ ones. Needless to say I didn’t get on with them. On my follow up appointment 2 weeks later Lucy took them off me and ordered the ones she thought were better suited with no questions asked. Within a couple of days the new ones had arrived and Emma hand delivered them to my door…5 star service. Lucy and Emma were very friendly and professional throughout and made me feel at ease.My hearing wasn’t terrible before but friends and family were sick of me saying what and pardon. Working on noisy building sites I used to struggle to hear the person in front if me due to background noise.
