After the hearing test my wife decided to purchase a pair of discreet hearing aids. Kelsey gently poured a foaming agent in both ears which sets in minutes and is removed to form the hearing aids. Every thing was done smoothly and comfortably. I would definitely recommend a trip to the clinic if you're suffering with bad ears. In my opinion, the only way to remove stubborn wax is to have micro suction/irrigation, no amount of drops will ever fully clear the issue. My new aids were prescribed and fitted by Kelsey who was amazing throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. I was given a pair to try before committing to buying. I was supposed to have them for a month which was generous anyway, but had to postpone two follow up appointments. So, I had the 'trial' pair for about seven weeks with no pressure to return them. I've just picked up my own pair today and again Kelsey was really helpful. This wasn't an experience where I felt rushed or pressured at all. I had questions throughout the trial and today when I picked up my aids. Kelsey always answered my queries either by email or in person. I simply can't fault the service provided by Kelsey.
