Lucy Cabaniuk is Your Hearing Consultants’ owner and manager and is a highly experienced clinical manager and audiologist, having worked in both the private and public healthcare industry.
In 2014, Lucy was was one of just 15 audiology professionals selected for the prestigious Amplifon International Talent Programme.
Lucy has extensive specialist expertise in hearing aid technology and fitting, ensuring we meet the needs of each and every customer.
Jo is a highly experienced hearing aid audiologist, having worked in the hearing care industry for over 15 years.
Whilst living and working in New Zealand, Jo gained additional accreditation, as well as a deeper clinical focus, whilst employed in an ENT surgeon’s clinic.
Jo is customer focused, and relishes getting to know her clients and their needs in order to find the best hearing solution.
Kelsey started her training in 2016, on an accredited work based learning programme, and gained her HCPC audiology registration in 2018. She then went on to complete further training in microsuction in 2020.
Having worked for multiple different high street chains, Kelsey gained both clinic based and domiciliary experience, before joining Your Hearing Consultants in 2022.
Emma is a highly experienced and skilled healthcare practitioner, having worked as a health care assistant in the NHS for 15 years.
Emma joined Your Hearing consultants as a hearing care specialist in 2021, and embarked on her foundation degree, qualifying as a hearing aid audiologist in 2023.
Rebecca is a highly skilled and experienced audiologist, having worked in the NHS, large retail, and management for almost 10 years.
Rebecca joined Your Hearing Consultants in July 2023 and proudly shares our values and ethos.
Danielle has a wealth of experience, having worked for 17 years as a healthcare assistant, supporting the elderly living with dementia and vulnerable adults in the private sector.
She is currently completing her apprenticeship in Hearing Aid Audiology with De Montfort University.
Lesley has an extensive health care background, having worked in the sector for 28 years, both privately and within the NHS.
With roles including mental health support, elderly support, and young adult disability support, Lesley brings a wealth of skills and experience to her role here, as hearing care specialist.
Elaine has run catering businesses, tea rooms, and bed and breakfasts in the local area for many years. She brings a wealth of customer service experience and knowledge of the local area to the team.
As clinic coordinator, Stef offers a wealth of experience in customer care having having spent all of her working life in frontline customer service based roles.
Amy is a highly experienced, senior audiology clinician, lecturer, and manager, with considerable experience in clinical education and development.
Amy has led a number of educational programmes for the University of Manchester, including MSc in Clinical Science (Neurosensory Sciences), BSc/MSc/CCC clinical training, and Modernising Children’s Hearing Aid Services professional training. She has also advised on a number of national professional committees.
Amy currently serves on two committees for the New Zealand Audiological Society, and works in a dual role as a clinical audiologist and clinical trainer for a large international company in New Zealand. She acts in a consultative role at Your Hearing Consultants, in order to support Lucy in driving innovations and excellence in client care.
