We are always on the lookout for autonomous, innovative, and people centric individuals, who love their local community and want to make a positive impact on people’s lives. If this sounds like you, then you might be the perfect addition to our small team.

You might be experienced, or newly qualified, a clinical audiologist, registered hearing aid dispenser, nurse, health care assistant, or someone who has a passion for hearing care and would like to make a career move. It helps if you live in or around Yorkshire, but it’s by no means essential. We can teach skills gaps but we can’t teach you the human aspects that make you the right fit for our ethos.

We strive to make our patients feel safe and warm under our wing. We communicate hearing loss confidently and prescribe hearing aids based on patient centred clinical need. We don’t need to push sales targets as we know that we are providing expert professional advice to our patients and giving them access to all the resources they need to make informed decisions on their healthcare.
